Thkee platform requires that all courses offered on our platform fulfill certain quality requirements. Please review the list of quality standards before you start recording for your course.
It’s critical that your course provides learners with value and a one-of-a-kind experience. The learners must be able to hear and see the course well. Therefore, We offer a free test and evaluation to test your course video and provide feedback on the recording sample you submit to ensure the quality of your recording meets our requirements.
The platform does not require you to submit a sample to the Test Video Review service; nevertheless, if you are unsure whether your recording settings fulfill our audio and video requirements, we encourage that you do so. The purpose of this exam is to offer you the confidence that your training fulfills our A/V requirements so that you can confidently score your course. In addition, you will be given the most critical delivery tips.
Please use the same recording equipment and settings that you will use when registering for your course when submitting your test video recording form. It is recommended to submit another sample test video for review if you have made any changes to it and are unsure whether the adjustment has damaged the quality of the recording.
General course video requirements
- Video is shot in High Quality (HD) with a minimum resolution of 720 pixels (pixels).
- Provides video with clear lighting, good framing, and a stable camera.
- The audio coming out of the channels must match the video.
- The sound should be free from noise and distractions.
Test video content samples
- Before you begin recording your course, make a brief 1-3 minute video to check proper recording and camera settings.
- It’s important to remember that your video doesn’t have to be perfect. Now is the moment to send a demo video to the Thkee team if you think something isn’t quite right or if you’re unsure about your setup.

Please allow some time for our team to review your sample and provide you with the most important input on audio and video quality and delivery method once you submit the demo video.
You can upload as many test videos as you need to ensure sound and image quality. Once you’ve received our feedback on your video, feel free to resubmit it after making the changes.
